Madras Christian College has been recognised as an Official Partner Institution in the Official Website of the Office of International Programs, Appalachian State University. (AppState)

Hence, students who wish to pursue your One Semester Study Abroad Program (for your Spring/Fall Semesters) with LeTourneau University, Texas, or Appalachian State University, North Carolina, US, may contact the Office of International Programmes. You need to start preparations at least five months in advance.

As a first step, carefully go through the instructions given in this link (given above), to access all the details regarding your ‘One Semester Study Abroad’ Program with AppState.

North Carolina in the US is one of the top states to live in, from the rolling Blue Ridge mountains to the sandy beaches and the snow-capped Appalachian Mountains.

Work authorization for F-1 Students

F-1 and J-1 students are eligible to work a maximum of 20 hours per week on campus while classes are in session.

Students may work more than 20 hours per week during academic breaks (Winter Break, Summer break). This applies to all undergraduate, graduate and AppELS students.
