The Study Abroad Seminar organised by the Office of International Programmes, MCC, was attended by more than 180 students in the Blue Whale Hall, MCC-MRF Innovation Park.


Deans/Associate Deans/Representatives from seven prestigious Business Schools across US and Europe were part of the Panel Discussion that had highly engaging discussions on studying abroad.


The student interactions focussed towards helping them better understand the opportunities and challenges in international postgraduate education, enabling them to make well-informed decisions about their future. Key topics included:

* Global MBA vs. Specialized Master’s

* Funding Opportunities & Return on Investment

Earlier in the day, the delegates had rewarding interactions with the Principal Dr. Paul Wilson, Vice Principal SFS, Deans, Heads of Departments and Officials of the College, in the Unicorn Conference Hall.

 

Participants include Dr. Armstrong Doss, (HoD, Dept of BBA), Dr. Nirmala Mohan, (HoD, Dept of Commerce - SFS), Dr. Obed Jackson, (Dept of Tourism Studies), Dr. Jannet Vennila (Vice Principal – SFS), Dr. Aarthi Ram, (Head, Operations MMIP), Dr. Belinda (Director, Extension Programmes).


Dr. Rufus, Dean of International Programmes and Prof. Arun Kumar, Associate Dean of International Programmes, coordinated the event.



Mr. Sabari. Mr. Chris, Ms. Stephanie, Ms. Catherin Sabu, Ms. Zibia, Ms. Alphy and Ms. Lindsay did very meticulous work as part of the organising team.



Ms. Stephanie did the Master of Ceremonies for the day.
